MOLLY COY – Multifarious

After more than two decades of teaching visual arts, studying bookbinding in 2000 was a much needed creative revival followed by 15 years spent restoring beautiful old books. Two of Molly’s latest book projects were collaborative editions with other artists (Leon Pericles and Claire Bolton).

Moving to the Shire of Augusta Margaret River in 2013, Molly established a new studio/workshop and in 2015 was able to concentrate on Painting again (mixed media
and Watercolours) and to study Printmaking.

An enthusiasm for multiple genres and techniques gave birth to the title ‘MULTIFARIOUS’ and three subject ranges dominate – fanciful flowers and foliage; land/water/skyscapes; fashion and form.
Her latest works – paintings; prints; artists books and fabrics are all colourful, layered and textured.

Exhibition Opening Saturday 6th August 5pm – 7pm

The exhibition continues until the end of August (open Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm)
