Visual Arts

Arts Margaret River proudly supports regional artists, encouraging new and emerging local artists to show their work in a supportive environment. Exhibitions are curated and hung by our volunteer Gallery Exhibition Team and artist labels, statements and sales are produced and managed by Arts Margaret River staff.

Over the years countless artists of all ages were given the opportunity to exhibit their works with full mentoring and support provided.

Exhibitions such as the Apron Project, Community Quilt Project and Take a Seat Exhibition are recent examples of our ongoing commitment to creating exhibitions and events that community members can partake in, regardless of artistic ability or experience.

We pride ourselves in thinking up new and exciting exhibition opportunities that is open to a broad range of artisans and crafts people who may never have considered exhibiting their work before. Our events are accessible to everyone and attracts a large number of visitors who do not usually visit art galleries or exhibitions.
