Arts Margaret River is a not-for-profit community organisation that exists to support and nurture the work of artists across all disciplines, and to foster a love of the arts within the community.

Our signature event remains our iconic Margaret River Readers & Writers Festival, which exists to foster a love of reading and writing in all ages, sparking new conversations, stimulating big ideas and bringing us all together in a shared love of storytelling.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we rely on your kind donations to help us deliver the festival each year, funding everything from guest author fees to our Young Readers & Writers Schools Program.

ARTS MARGARET RIVER INC is endorsed by the ATO as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) from 01 Jan 2024. It is covered by Item 1 of the table in section 30-15 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997. All donations/gifts received will be transferred to the Arts Margaret River Inc. Gift Fund (formerly the Arts Margaret River Inc. Public Fund) for the specific purpose of supporting the objects of Arts Margaret River Inc.
