Margaret River Concert Band & Friends

The Margaret River Concert Band have a 23-year history of supporting community events and helping develop the experience and talent of young musicians.
“Margaret River Concert Band & Friends” will feature local renowned vocalists Andrea Frances Manners & Michelle Spriggs and introduce the talents of their upcoming vocal students – Sienna Harris, Lucy Kollman, Kaya Edwards, Ruby Pickersgill & Caitlin Young.
The band, under the direction of Geoff Ogden, will be supported by a number of professional musicians from the Southwest, and will be featuring Internationally acclaimed clarinettist Craig McLaren. The band will play a variety of tunes including a classical concerto, show tunes, swing and even some disco! Something for everyone.
The event will additionally encourage and support local performers with their musical performance.
Please come and show your support for our young musicians, who will have the opportunity to perform in the incredible performance space at The Margaret River HEART – Nala Bardip Mia. Generously supported by Arts Margaret River and Lotteywest.
