Events

I can’t find my ticket!

Not a problem, we will have a door list of all tickets purchased. The Arts Margaret River Box Office is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm so you can also either visit us at 47 Wallcliffe Road, Margaret River or call us on (08) 9780 5294 should that be helpful.

Can I sit next to my friend?

If the event is general admission then you can sit anywhere and save a seat for your friend. If the event has reserved allocated seating then you have to sit in the seat that you and your friend booked.

What time do doors open?

Typically doors for your event will open 30 minutes prior to movie screenings or 60 minutes prior to a performance. You will receive an email 1-2 days prior to your event highlighting this.

Will the bar be open?

To comply with Liquor Licensing regulations, children under 18 years old are not permitted to be in the Margaret River HEART when alcohol is being served, if they are not accompanied by an adult. Please check the event listings to see if the bar will be open.

What if I can no longer attend?

Please be aware that refunds are only given in accordance with the Live Performance Australia (LPA) Ticketing Code of Practice and that exchanges could incur a fee per ticket.

Yes, there is onsite parking available for visitors. The venue is located at 47 Wallcliffe Road, between the Shire of Augusta Margaret River Council building and the Margaret River Recreation Centre. This central location makes it convenient for attendees to access the venue.

Margaret River is serviced by express bus and coach services connecting Perth to the region. Southwest Coachlines and TransWA operate daily bus services from East Perth. The main bus stop in Margaret River is located on Charles West Avenue, just a short walk from Nala Bardip Mia – Margaret River HEART.
