Under the Same Sky Bird Making Workshop
Wednesday, 24 November, 2021 @ 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Suitable for beginner and advanced sewers, community members will be guided in a workshop to create a single bird made from their own donated piece of clothing. The finished bird can be kept by the maker. Participants will also have the opportunity to record their own story which can be submitted back to Co3 to join the archives of the production.
Required:
- Your garments (t-shirts or natural fibres work best)
- Bring your sewing machine if you have one
- Bring your lunch & drink
Co3 will provide all other additional sewing materials, including two sewing machines. Workshops are recommended for ages 12+ (maximum 20 people).
