She is Strong – Workshop 1

Join us for a nurturing and playful workshop with two incredible facilitators from She is Strong.
Our running theme from the show revolves around women supporting one another and celebrating both our strength and vulnerability, and this continues into this workshop.
Steph invites you to her ‘create and play’ workshop, where creativity becomes a powerful tool for self-expression. In this safe and nurturing space, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery through improvisation, creative play, and the art of storytelling. All while having a laugh!
Isha will guide you through a rejuvenating yoga session inspired by the teachings of Guru BKS Iyengar. This restorative practice focuses on stretching, breathwork, and self-care. The class culminates in a soothing meditation that’s suitable for participants of all levels.
Please bring your yoga mat and be ready to nurture your body and soul.
