Broken Ground / Healing Ground – Art Therapy Workshop

How do we find footing when things feel broken?
Join artist Kate Alida Mullen for a gentle workshop that shares her unique artistic process with the community.
This guided session draws on techniques of intuitive mark-making, journaling and collage to reflect upon a simple, yet radical idea – that revolution can begin through careful attention to our fragmented parts.
Using a range of materials, this playful workshop invites participants to sit with displaced pieces of their inner and outer worlds. The artist will lead the group to experiment with creative, mindfulness practices that offer steps towards healing transformation.
