A parent information night with leading experts on eSafety, sleep, resilience and mental health with a Live Q&A panel. 

Perth Keynote speaker, Kaylene Kerr is a National eSafety expert who will cover everything from hidden online grooming to creating a Family Technology Plan. 

Yara Heary, Clinical Psychologist and Founder of Life After Birth Psychology, will look at the Power of Connection in a Digital World.

Yara will explore how strong parent-child connection can buffer the challenges of the digital age, reduce reliance on technology, and help parents set effective boundaries.

Amanda Slinger, one of Australia’s most trusted voices on sleep health, will share her expertise in this engaging session.

With a background as a nurse, certified Sleep Health Practitioner, and founder of SleepSpot, Amanda brings clarity to complex sleep science. She will focus on the importance of sleep for children and the far-reaching impacts of digital technology.

Anke Lasserre, Parenting Coach, Educator and Founder of Family Flow, will share practical, proven strategies to help parents manage screen time more successfully, calmly and confidently.

Her session will cover how much screen time is appropriate, age-suitable apps, and key behavioural signs that may indicate an unhealthy balance with technology.
