Every night, shepherd George (Hugh Jackman) reads detective stories to his beloved sheep, never suspecting they are listening more closely than he realises.
But when a mysterious incident shakes the farm, the flock is forced to step out of the pasture and into the role of unlikely sleuths, following clues and investigating the humans around them.
As their investigation deepens, the sheep begin to question everything they thought they knew about the world beyond their field, uncovering secrets, suspects and surprises at every turn. What starts as curiosity quickly becomes a clever and heartfelt journey into courage, friendship, and the art of solving a mystery.
