Improvisation Workshop

The Margaret River Theatre Group are thrilled to host Aden Date from Only The Human, Perth – a school of improvised comedy, offering a range of improvised courses and workshops, taught by internationally trained improvisers!
We are hosting a fun, supportive full-day workshop for all improvisers – no previous experience required!
Step out of your comfort zone and into ours.
The workshop will focus on creating a laughter-filled space where everyone can enjoy improv and feel safe.
You will learn skills such as trust, vulnerability, active listening and radical support – skills useful in laughter and in life. Improv success is optional, but respect and support are required.
Following the workshop, we will be then performing to the general public in an evening performance to show off the amazing skills you learned throughout the day!
