Originally from the South West, Clinton studied Interior Design and as many did at the time left WA to pursue career opportunities elsewhere.
As a result, Clinton has spent about half of his adult life in Sydney and the other half living and working in Asia, mainly Singapore and Bangkok.
This journey has led to a wide variety of positions from Interior Design to related industries such as Furniture, Home Furnishings and large format Retail in Senior Management positions for well-known National and International brands along with extensive corporate travel.
While still living abroad about 12 years ago Clinton built a home in Margaret River with the plan to someday move here permanently.
Like many, this plan was nudged along some 18 Months ago due to the Covid Pandemic. After a long-extended period of lockdown in Singapore Clinton bought a business in the main street, returned to Australia and relocated to Margaret River permanently.
One highlight of these 18 Months is becoming more aware of the great work Arts Margaret River do to support and bring amazing arts to the community here.
A keen photographer and drawer Clinton has always had a great interest in the arts in many forms and looks forward to giving back to an industry he has patronised for many years by offering his time and experience.
