Artstoration (noun) The art of restoring beauty to discarded and forgotten objects.
Artstoration is a collaborative exhibition by Talliesen and her students (both children and adults) created during classes held at her home studio. The pieces use disposable, discarded and forgotten objects and materials, combined with mixed media techniques. Talliesen challenges her students to see that just because something is disposable or used, doesn’t mean it can’t be utilised in new and creative ways.
Opening: Sat 3 October 3.00pm – 5.00pm
Margaret River Cultural Centre Foyer Gallery
All welcome for afternoon tea.
The exhibition continues until the 29th October 2015
