The incredible 2018 Western Australian Circus Festival is set on a beautiful private property in Karridale in south-western WA, the purpose-built festival site will play host to more than 100 circus, cabaret, comedy and theatre stars, along with the liveliest gypsy funk and hillbilly bands.

Circus festivals are beautiful experiences. In a world where we are increasingly digitally connected, they offer the chance to disconnect from screens, and reconnect to the real world. Come in close to witness people who can move their bodies in awe-inspiring ways, pushing the very limits of human ability, drawing you in for a closer look.

The Circus Festival sees more than 3000 colourful festival-goers camping onsite, all the better to enjoy the early morning yoga sessions and late-night adults-only cabarets. With five big tops, two bespoke bars and numerous once-off artworks, lighting displays and intriguing wonders to be found down every garden path, this is a festival experience that emulates USA’s Burning Man, Germany’s Dockville, and UK’s Glastonbury Circus Quarter. Come and enjoy a day’s entertainment or step up and join in a workshop – you can even have a go on the flying trapeze!
