WASO’s City of Perth Symphony in the City has become an essential part of summer in Perth. Over the last seven years, thousands of people have been thrilled by performances of great symphonic music by WASO and the WASO Chorus. WASO continues the tradition in 2014 with another exciting outdoor concert at Langley Park. This spectacular event will feature highlights from the 2015 season, as well as music from great film scores and audience favourites, including Tchaikovsky’s explosive 1812 Overture. Share the power of WASO and the experience of a concert under the stars by watching the concert broadcast live from Langley Park in Perth to Margaret River Cultural Centre!
