Sundowner Series: Facing the Big Dry

Nature Conservation Margaret River Region

Tuesday, July 30 @ 6:00 PM 8:00 PM

1200 1

Join Nature Conservation Margaret River Region to dig deeper into an issue on all our minds – water and the drying climate.

Having just gone through the “driest seven-month spell on record” we hear from Dr Kath Lynch (Department of Water and Environmental Regulation), Matt Bowman (WaterCorp) and National Environment Science Program Hub leader / UWA’s Professor Michael Douglas.

The three experts in their field will be speaking on long-term planning / management as well as what the drying climate in South West WA means for Perth drinking water and biodiversity in the region.

Enjoy light supper, a drink and audience Q and A. Become part of the conversation
