Celebrate Chinese New Year with authentic bites

Howard Park & MadFish Wines are ringing in the Year of the Dog on Saturday, February 17 with a Singapore Street Food event.
Local chefs Tim Whitty, Camilla Neilsen & Julian Mann are setting up an ‘eat street’ to dish out duck, dumplings, noodles & more.
Sip on perfectly paired wines from our outdoor bar to a backdrop of lush vines, colourful lanterns & traditional Chinese decorations, while Dirty South Social Club spin tunes on vinyl from 1pm.

Bring a picnic rug, grab a spot on the lawn & make a toast to the New Year!

Our cellar door celebrates Chinese New Year annually as a nod to co-owner, Amy Burch, who was born in Singapore & moved to Australia as a young girl. Incidentally, her Chinese astrology animal, the dragon, is represented in the Howard Park logo as a winged serpent.
The cellar door building, designed according to Feng Shui principles, was awarded by the Royal Australian Institute of Architects in 2000.
