Voyager Estate is proud to announce an exclusive performance by three of West Australian Opera’s internationally-renowned artists, as part of the Estate’s Laze on the Lawn series.
Soprano, Rachelle Durkin will join Tenor, Virgilio Marino and Bass-Baritone, Paull-Anthony Keightley for the outdoor performance on Sunday, 11 March from 2 to 3pm.
This inaugural concert has come from a long-standing creative partnership between WA Opera and Voyager Estate, based on craft, elegance and community.
“Craftsmanship is a key pillar at Voyager Estate which is why we are such proud partners of WA Opera,” said co-owner, Alexandra Burt. “We couldn’t think of a better way to kick off our 40th anniversary and invite anyone with a love for music, wine and the outdoors to join us in the celebration.”
Wine by the glass or bottle will be available and guests are invited to bring a picnic and enjoy the music at this one-off event.
The Laze on the Lawn series has become a successful part of the Estate’s calendar with a variety of acts performing throughout the year as Voyager Estate welcomes guests to walk, sit, dance, eat and play in the Estate’s much-loved garden.
2018 is a landmark year for Voyager Estate as it celebrates 40 years since the first planting of its vineyards in Margaret River.
