There’s no doubt about it… ADHD is everywhere right now. For many women with ADHD, life can feel like a never-ending balancing act—constantly being told you’re too loud, too wild, or too much, all the while feeling like you’ll never measure up. It can feel isolating and exhausting – but you’re definitely not alone!
Join Margaret River locals Grace Koelma and Tara Breuso, hosts of the hit podcast Your ADHD Besties, for a refreshingly honest conversation about women and ADHD. In this no-holds-barred discussion, Grace will introduce her new book, The ADHD Focus Friend—a science-backed workbook that offers you a safe place where your brain makes sense—a way to reframe your struggles, un-shame your past, and learn to work with your neurodivergent brain.
Join Grace & Tara for a cosy, unfiltered chat where we will:
Stick around for a live Q&A and bring your burning questions. We can’t wait to meet you and that stunning brain of yours!
Grace Koelma is a late-diagnosed ADHDer, author, and educator, co-host of the Your ADHD Besties podcast and creator of the Future ADHD digital planner (85,000+ users). Her new book, The ADHD Focus Friend, is an informative and beautifully designed productivity workbook made for the neurodivergent brain—backed by science and filled with tools for shame-free organization. Grace is mum to two boys, one with AuDHD, and lives with her husband in beautiful Margaret River.
Tara Breuso is an accredited practising dietitian and co-host of Your ADHD Besties. Diagnosed with ADHD at 21—though she didn’t fully believe it until her first baby’s cries made it undeniable—she was re-diagnosed in her early 30s, which sparked her passion for helping clients with ADHD overcome food shame. Today, Tara balances her professional work and podcasting with family life in Margaret River, where she lives with her husband and two boys.
